Data collected
We collect the following data: • Commission form: name, email, project type, description, requested budget. Payments are processed via PayPal. • Shop orders (coming soon): name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number. Payments will be processed via Stripe. • Technical cookies: language preference (i18n_redirected cookie). No tracking or ad cookies. No sensitive data is collected. Payment data (credit card or PayPal account) is managed exclusively by the respective platforms (PayPal, Stripe) and never passes through our servers.
Purpose
Data is used only to: • Respond to commission requests • Process and ship orders • Send order and payment confirmations Your data is never transferred, sold or rented to third parties.
Data retention
• Commission data: kept for 3 years after the last contact. • Order data: kept for 10 years for legal and accounting reasons.
