Terms of sale

Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the commercial relationship between Charlotte Bastos, freelance illustrator (“the Seller”) and any person wishing to purchase a product or order a creation (“the Customer”) via charlottebastos.com. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros (€), all taxes included. Charlotte Bastos reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are invoiced based on prices in effect at the time of the order. For custom commissions, payment is processed via PayPal: a 50% deposit is required upon order, with the balance due on delivery. The online shop will open soon. Payments will be processed by credit card via the secure Stripe platform.
Delivery
Shipping costs and times are indicated during the order process and vary by destination. Products are generally shipped within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of payment. For damaged or lost products during transit, the Customer must report it by email within 14 days of receipt.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. ⚠ This right does not apply to personalized products (commissions, custom creations). Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
